Open the purchase and choose Help with order. Describe what is missing or incorrect, or include clear photographs if the item arrived damaged.

Check the address you submitted, your spam folder and the confirmation email. If the file is still missing after confirmation, contact the studio through Etsy.

A damaged, missing or incorrect item should still be raised through the Etsy order. Explain the issue and let the shop review it; this website does not promise a particular replacement or refund outcome. Etsy's current order-help options are available from the purchase.
Custom projects and army plans
Send the plan name or product names, desired scale, resin color, pack quantities and any deadline. The studio must confirm the contents, quote and processing time before you place a custom order.
Useful information to include
- For product fit: the required base dimensions and the product you are considering.
- For a received item: which part or pack has the issue and clear photographs.
- For delivery: the existing order conversation and its current status.
